Roxy advised me to do her 30 days of alignment hack a few Mindset Mondays ago - it took me a while to get into it but this morning (Sunday 1/23), I downloaded the picture and made it my Desktop Screen Saver...so that way, I can't forget about it.
Do any of you have any similar hacks to stay focused and mindful?
Force yourself until it becomes a habit! Find strong motivation, you probably have a goal? Imagine how good it will feel!
