For 5 minutes a day do some sort of meditation, affirmations, journaling, visualizing - something to bring up the feeling of gratitude every day for the next 7 days. Let us know what you did and how it worked for you.
Part 2: If something pops up that you have to pay for or take care of that’s unexpected, thank the Universe right then and there for taking care of it.
