Who is the ideal version of you? What have they healed and gone through? What has worked out for them? Get clear on your ideal version as of right NOW based on who you are today and who you want to become. Then go into meditation. Step into that role. BE them. Embody that version. Feel the feelings of being healed. Greet your inner child and embrace the wholeness.
If you feel abandoned, imagine a version of you surrounded by reciprocal relationships. Take it in and apply the love, healing the wound from the perspective of your ideal self.
