7 Day Meditation Challenge: 15 Minutes to An Hour. Visualize what it is you want and be in the state of BEING, doing, or having it.
Who is the ideal version of you? What have they healed and gone through? What has worked out for them? Get clear on your ideal version as of right NOW based on who you are today and who you want to become. Then go into meditation. Step into that role. BE them. Embody that version. Feel the feelings of being healed. Greet your inner child and embrace the wholeness.
If you feel abandoned, imagine a version of you surrounded by reciprocal relationships. Take it in and apply the love, healing the wound from the perspective of your ideal self.
Think about what are you resisting the most about taking action toward your manifestation? I would do anything for love, BUT…
Then visualize yourself doing that thing and it going amazingly.
When you complain you say what you’ve already manifested isn’t enough. We’re going to work on not tearing down the manifestations that you’ve built. This is actually incredible. Look out for any time you want to escape the current moment and be somewhere else. Instead, we’re going to say “that beautiful paradise moment is RIGHT NOW”. Let’s turn the complaint into something good for us.
Every day set an intention “I am aligned to XYZ reality”. Affirm you ARE it. You HAVE it. It’s on it’s way.
The next step is, to visualize yourself getting through a tough moment on your way there.
Finally, STOP complaining. When you complain about your current reality, you KEEP yourself there and are out of alignment with what you said you wanted.
Hi guys, I just finished my visualization. My sister hasn’t been in contact for a couple years at her request. I’ve heard from some cousins that she was hurt and could use an apology. I’ve been just respecting her wishes for space. But feel like I should fight for her. When Roxy described the homework I saw myself calling her, leaving a voicemail or sending a well thought out message. I visualized myself leaving a voicemail. Then I imagined a couple beautiful ways she responded.
It’s kinda weird how the homework is just to picture it. Feels easy. I’m feeling like calling for real may be more useful. It’s all an illusion tho so I’m happy that maybe the visualization helps in some way. I’m not brave or ready or sure about calling for real, not today.
